  • What are your current promotions?
    Enter the promo code at checkout: You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promo/Student code' box. To make the text box appear, click on the arrow at the end of 'Promo/Student code or Vouchers'. You have 10% off for students for spring, starting May the 3rd and also 10% off for submitting to our mailing list!
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    For Sure ! All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our warehouse team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. - Returns are FREE and trackable. - You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund. - It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed. - Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. if you don't like the product you have to send it back within 15 days to get your money back.
  • What is your return policy?
    In an effort to save tons of paper, KUBE has a paperless returns system. Return form (nor order summary) are not sent in your package. You have 28 days to return an unwanted item to us from the delivery of your order to your home or to the relay point. Please note, if your order is delivered to a relay point, the return period counts from the delivery of your order by our partner, and not from the date on which you come to collect your order.
  • How long does it take to receive my refund?
    We do our best to ensure that you are refunded within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. If you request a refund for an item within the time frame mentioned above but cannot return it to us for some reason, please contact us. However, any refund will be at our discretion. For customers residing in the French overseas departments and territories, if you return an item within 28 days of its delivery to your home or to the relay point / withdrawal point to obtain a refund, we will refund you in full on the means of payment used to place an order. If you return an item for a refund within 29 and 45 days of delivery to your home or pickup point / pickup point, we will issue you a KUBE Gift Certificate in the amount of the price you paid for the item.
  • How can I track my order?
    It's easy! We will email you a link that will take you to your tracking information as soon as your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into "My Account" to find your most recent orders. You just have to click on "Track this order" and you will be redirected to the carrier's tracking page.
