Shipping Policy

In Europe, delivery takes 3-6 business days (Monday to Saturday, public holidays not included).

But if you are in a hurry to receive your order, no problem! You can choose our 24 hour delivery service. For €10 per order, your order is delivered the next working day to a personal, professional or UPS relay point.

On the other hand, the Standard Shipping is free if your order is above €42. If your order is less than this, then it costs €3.95.

Regarding our Relay Point Delivery, it is made in 4 working days (Monday to Saturday, public holidays not included) and costs €3 but is free from €42 of purchase.

For deliveries to Belgium, our 24-hour delivery service costs €15 and allows you to receive your order the next working day if it was placed before 3 p.m.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. In the event that your delivery should take place on a public holiday, it will be delivered to you the following working day.

Finally, for the US, delivery takes 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Standard Shipping in the US is free if your order is above $50. If your order is less than this, then it costs $4.99. 

You can have your order delivered to a UPS Collection Point.

Return & Exchange Policy

Just for you to know, in an effort to save tons of paper, KUBE has a paperless returns system. Return vouchers (or order summary) are not sent in your package. Indeed, you'll be able to find them directly on your mobile phone!

 

You have 28 days to return an unwanted item to us from the delivery of your order to your home or to the relay point. Please note that if your order is delivered to a relay point, the return period counts from the delivery of your order by our partner, and not from the date on which you come to collect your order. 

However, we do not accept returns of unwanted items after the corresponding return period above. If you attempt to make a return, we may need to ship it back to your default shipping address and ask you to bear the shipping costs.

In terms of exchanges, we are a little bit more strict, sorry in advance! In fact, we do not accept exchanges. If you want an item in a different size or color, you will need to return the item to us and place a new order.
